“GENERAL RULE (Ministry of Tourism — Tourist Visa Regulations, India ordinary-passport tourism corridor): You will need a visa to enter Saudi Arabia if you are holding a travel document issued by India and wish to enter for tourism purposes. Article 2: Anyone wishing to enter the Kingdom for tourism purposes shall obtain a valid visa, unless his entry does not require it.”
Official regulations also describe eVisa / visa-on-arrival for listed nationalities and for travellers with qualifying US, UK, Schengen, or GCC documents. Those alternate pathways need a clearer condition model before we can show them as simple answers. Stay remains Unknown.
