Why “unknown” is a valid answer

If we have not reviewed a clear official source for a fact, we publish unknown — not a blogger’s guess.

Why silence beats fiction

  • Travellers plan around fees, stay length, and processing. A wrong number is more harmful than an empty field.
  • Official pages disagree, go stale, or state ranges. Until a human review can publish one clear value, the field stays Unknown.
  • When official evidence is thin or ambiguous, holding the fact as unknown is the correct outcome — not a product failure.

How to read a partial page

  • Trust the labelled answers that show sources and quotations.
  • Treat “Unknown” as “we do not yet publish this” — not “it does not exist.”
  • Check the destination’s official links for anything still blank; our job is verified answers, not a complete brochure.
