“INDIA-SCOPED READING (ordinary Indian passport; tourism / visitor visa): Indian nationals need a visa to enter Canada. India is listed under travellers who need a visa — ordinary leisure tourism from India requires a visitor visa (temporary resident visa) granted before travel. Indian nationals are not eTA-eligible for ordinary tourism.”

IRCC also describes CAD visitor-visa and biometrics fees, biometrics collection appointments, multi-year visitor-visa framing, and (for other passports) eTA travel authorisations. Those fee, biometrics, validity, and travel-authorisation details are not published as simple India-wide answers yet.
