“INDIA-SCOPED READING (ordinary Indian passport; tourism; base pathway): Ordinary Indian passport holders require a visa to enter The Bahamas. India is listed among Commonwealth exceptions that remain visa-required. Indian nationals require a Bahamian visa for tourism. You will need a visa to enter The Bahamas if you are holding a travel document issued by India.”
Official pages describe a separate pathway for Indian nationals who already hold a valid US, UK, Canada, or Schengen visa (or permanent residence there). That conditional pathway is not shown as visa-free for ordinary Indian passports without those credentials.
