  • Passport bio page scan

    Required to submit on evisa.mfa.am. Passport must be valid at least 3 months after intended departure from Armenia; at least 2 blank pages; issued within the last 10 years.

  • Travel (medical) insurance

    Required in both portal IMPORTANT NOTICE packages. Also mandatory for Indian e-Visa applicants per Embassy of Armenia to India. Portal upload category: Medical/travel insurance.
