“INDIA-SCOPED READING (ordinary Indian passport; tourism): Ordinary Indian passport holders need a visa to enter Albania. You will need a visa to enter Albania if you are holding a travel document issued by India. Ordinary Indian national passports are listed ME VIZË for short-stay Type C on the official MFA visa regime table. Apply via Albanian missions listed for India (Beijing, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul) or through the online e-Visa system.”
