“INDIA-SCOPED READING (ordinary Indian passport; tourism): Ordinary Indian passport holders need a visa to enter Albania. You will need a visa to enter Albania if you are holding a travel document issued by India. Ordinary Indian national passports are listed ME VIZË for short-stay Type C on the official MFA visa regime table. Apply via Albanian missions listed for India (Beijing, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul) or through the online e-Visa system.”
Type C short-stay wording is 90 days within 180 days with single, two, or multiple entries — not published here as a simple day-count stay. Conditional Schengen / EU / US / UK credential pathways are not treated as India-base visa-free.
Fees
Unknown- Application / government feeWhat's this fee?

Fees follow Council of Ministers Decision No. 329 (29.05.2024), but the public e-Visa landing page does not state a crisp India Type C tourist EUR amount, so the fee stays unknown.
